Pubspy discovered Wildspirit Distilling Co was founded by master distiller James who has a long lasting passion for craft gin. He belongs to a family that has a long history and connection with hospitality, including pubs, hotels, bars and more recently the Dad & Daves craft brewery in Brookvale, NSW. James started making his own gin infusions a many years ago. In 2019 he has left behind a career in technology to pursue full time his dream of creating gin that the average person can taste – even through tonic! Well worth a try!!
