PubSpy discovered this hotel was originally called the Union but when the Prince of Wales visited Ipswich in 1920, the owners Dennis and Violet Callaghan changed the name. You will also find a great beer garden and the accomodation is very good.The friendliest little Pub in town! They have cold beer, great meals, and friendly service. What more do you need.
