Pubspy recently visited this venue with high hopes but, unfortunately, this experience fell short on several fronts. The food lacked flavour and freshness, the beer was not up to the standard Pubspy has come to expect from similar establishments, and the level of customer service was disappointing. The male staff seemed disengaged, and there was little effort to make patrons feel welcome or looked after.

While Pubspy understands that every hospitality venue can have an off day, the consistency across food, drink, and service left a lasting impression — and not a positive one. Pubspy hopes this feedback encourages the team to reassess and improve the overall customer experience. At this stage, Pubspy won’t be returning.
