This venue has definately turned from a workers pub to a 5 star venue. PubSpy also found a separate lounge area, dining area, fire place and huge beer garden with cover and heating for the winter months. The staff are friendly and accommodating and willing to have a chat. Also booze isn't pricey and lots of live music - generally of the punk/ska metal variety.
