Chidlow Tavern is your classic country pub. PubSpy also found the decor is dated but the food is really good pub tucker with genuinely friendly and efficient staff. They have a huge menu with something to suit everyone and the meals are really well priced. Just as important, there are approx 8 beers on tap. Definitely worth a drive for a Sunday lunch in the beer garden or a cozy dinner by the fire, they have a great range of mid week specials to choose from as well.
