Mullaloo Beach Hotel

PubSpy found this newly-constructed hotel is an ideal blend of the classic, comfortable Aussie pub with contemporary sophistication. And while there's a cheeky hint of '70s chic inside, the decor is minimal too, with white lounges, stools, chairs and tables and a stone feature wall creating the only subtle contrast. It's a relaxed daytime beachside experience, with more sophisticated dining by night and live chilled-out Sunday afternoon sounds. The bar is stocked with an impressive array of wines, together with a sensational mod-Oz menu served up by Shane Keighley, My Restaurant Rules star and two-time winner of the Oceanfest Chef of the Year Award. Well worth a visit.
