PubSpy found Essex Restaurant offers classical cooking in a tastefully restored 120-year-old limestone cottage. Throughout five intimate dining rooms the walls are dotted with fascinating photographs and memorabilia that chronicle the history of Fremantle and Perth. PubSpy also discovered that in the bar hanging over the original fireplace is the history of the Essex itself which unfolds in an impressive collection of awards dating from 1995.
