Pubspy discovered The Mansfield Brewing Company is a small batch brewery that is owned and operated by Father and son team, Tom and Mitch Walsh. The brewery produces high quality craft beers for the discerning drinker.All their beer is naturally brewed, with no preservatives or additives. Like their Pale Ale brewed with a portion of Crystal malt along with dry hopping late in the fermentation makes for a refreshing beer with hoppy aromas and malty flavours. They are currently producing an American style Pale Ale and an English style Amber Ale. Their Pale Ale gets it's unique taste from being hopped late in the conditioning process with US Cascade hops. Their Amber Ale gets its unique taste from being conditioned at a low temperature for a long period of time.
