The brainchild of husband and wife team, Dereck and Diti Hales, Bad Shepherd is all about tempting you with fine craft beer and complementing that with a menu heaving with smoked meat delicacies and good ol’ fashioned comfort food. Dereck and Diti told PubSpy "when it comes to beer, we’re treading our own path. We believe in what we’re doing and why we’re doing it – we believe in the beers we brew, the food we cook and the vibe we create and we’re not going to compromise on that, no matter what". PubSpy impressed with the verbals but still found the beers excellent and the food hearty and really enjoyed the day. Well worth a visit.
